77judi Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using the 77judi platform. By accessing or registering an account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and 77judi ("Platform", "We") in connection with your use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through the website https://77judi.bio and related applications.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 77judi platform.
These Terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors browsing the platform without registering, registered users, and users accessing the platform via mobile devices or approved third-party applications.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full features of the 77judi platform, you must register a valid account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your registration details remain correct at all times.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity occurring through your account, whether authorised or not, is your sole responsibility. One account per user: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balances.
User Responsibilities while using the 77judi platform includes:
- Not using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to hack, interfere with, or damage platform systems or data.
- Not sharing your account with or allowing others to access your account.
- Not using automated software, bots, or any other method to exploit platform systems.
- Providing accurate information during the identity verification process if requested.
3. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 77judi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them.
Deposits: Users may make deposits using available local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and Malaysian online banking. Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment verification is complete. 77judi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification process stipulated by the platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the same user's name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will not be approved.
Suspicious Transactions: 77judi reserves the right to hold, investigate, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policy. In such cases, we may request supporting documents before the transaction is approved.
Taxation: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions conducted through the 77judi platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
The 77judi platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from gaming, technical service disruptions, or data errors.
77judi's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
77judi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support via email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other elements on the 77judi platform are the exclusive property of 77judi or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 77judi.

Governing Law
